Password and Account Policy

1. Account Eligibility

Trade accounts are available to UK-registered businesses. By applying you confirm you are a business customer and all information is accurate.

2. Applying for an Account

Complete the application at Apply for a Trade Account. We review within 1 working day. We reserve the right to decline without reason.

3. Protecting Your Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Do not share credentials outside your organisation. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters combining letters and numbers
  • Avoid easily guessable information such as names or dates
  • Change your password at least once every 12 months
  • Reset links expire within 24 hours

5. Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at sales@branddirectservices.co.uk or 01642 040249. We will suspend the account and issue new credentials promptly.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for: sharing credentials; fraudulent activity; failure to meet payment obligations; or breach of our Terms of Purchase. You will be notified by email.

7. Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no order activity for 12 months may be deactivated following email notification. Reactivation requires a new application.

8. Acceptable Use

Trade accounts are for business purchasing only. Resale to other wholesalers without our prior written consent is prohibited. Accounts must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
